Great Coverage Options - Zero Premiums

InnProUSA covers 100% of the premium costs for health insurance coverage for the employee and 50-60% of the premium(s) for eligible family members.

We offer two plan options: a traditional copay plan and a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).

HSA/HRA Plans Available

Employees who select the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) receive $200/month in a Health Savings Account (HSA) and qualify for the Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) – which lowers deductibles.

That’s $2400/year for employees to use on out-of-pocket medical expenses! These funds never expire and travel with the employee if employment changes.

Dental + Vision Coverage

InnProUSA also offers Dental and Vision insurance for employees and their families at zero cost to the employee (InnProUSA pays premiums).

Even More Protections

Employees also receive additional benefits at zero cost – Group Term Life plan ($25,000 benefit) and Short-Term Disability plan.

PTO After 90 Days

Paid time off (PTO) is accrued on every hour worked from day one of permanent employment – PTO is granted and accessible after the 90-day probationary period is complete. In addition to PTO, there are 10 paid holidays.
